How ordering, prices, delivery and support work at ScentX.
ScentX sells perfumes and perfume duos for delivery in Pakistan. These terms explain the shopping process alongside our Shipping, Returns, Refund and Privacy pages. Read them before placing an order, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Product pages identify the perfume, bottle size, fragrance notes and current price. A catalog signature duo contains the two perfumes named on its page. Images help illustrate the products; packaging and screen colours may vary. Fragrance descriptions are guides, rather than guarantees of a particular personal experience or duration.
Guest checkout asks for your name, Pakistani mobile number, delivery address and city. Email is optional. Check your details, selected perfumes and final total before submitting. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; orders are reviewed before confirmation and dispatch. Availability and prices are checked when you order. If an issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to discuss it rather than make a substitution without agreement.
Payment is cash on delivery. No card or wallet payment is collected by this checkout. Your final total includes the merchandise, any accepted discount and the delivery charge shown. One eligible discount code may be applied per order, subject to its conditions. Free-delivery eligibility, when offered, is calculated after the merchandise discount.
Delivery is within Pakistan. Keep a reachable phone number and accurate address on your order. Dispatch and delivery depend on confirmation and courier coverage. For a change or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order reference. Pre-dispatch cancellations can be reviewed; changes after dispatch depend on the shipment’s progress.
The Returns page explains unopened change-of-mind requests, damaged or incorrect goods and return-delivery costs. The Refund Policy explains how approved cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged. These procedures do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Use the site for lawful browsing and genuine enquiries and orders. Do not attempt to access another person’s private order link, interfere with the service or submit misleading information. Protect your private order-status link and only share the short order reference when requesting support.
Contact the ScentX team for help with these terms or an order. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. Later updates do not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
