The information ScentX uses to fulfil orders, answer questions and manage newsletter preferences.
At checkout we collect your name, Pakistani phone number, delivery address and city, plus an email address if you supply one. We store the perfumes and selections ordered, prices, discounts, delivery charge and order status. Contact requests include your name, email, topic, message and any order reference you choose to share. Newsletter signup records your email address and consent.
Order details help us review, fulfil and support your purchase. Your delivery information is used for courier booking. An optional order email is used for acknowledgements and service messages. Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry. Newsletter consent is separate from placing an order; buying a perfume does not automatically subscribe you.
The store uses hosting and database services, email delivery and couriers to operate. Information is shared with a provider where needed for the service, such as a name, phone number and address for delivery. Store administrators have access to the records needed to manage orders and support. We do not sell customer information.
Your browser stores your guest cart so it can remain available between visits. A separate preference remembers your tracking-consent choice. Administrator login uses session cookies. If configured by the store, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are loaded only after optional tracking consent. The cookie-preference controls let you change that choice. These tools may process browser, device and usage information under their own privacy policies.
You may choose whether to subscribe. To stop marketing messages, contact us about your preference, or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email when you receive one. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an existing order or enquiry.
We keep order, service and consent records for the time needed to fulfil purchases, answer enquiries, manage preferences and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and service providers performing their role. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Contact us to ask about information held about you, correct order details, withdraw newsletter consent or request deletion. We may need information to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes. Do not send passwords, private order links or bank-account details through the general contact form.
