From our collection to your door.

Before dispatch

Enter your full name, a reachable Pakistani mobile number, city and a complete street address at checkout. Include a building, house or flat number and a helpful landmark where appropriate. Orders are reviewed before courier dispatch.

Delivery updates

Your private order-status page shows progress from order received to confirmed, shipped and delivered. Courier and tracking details appear there once added by our team. Exact dispatch and transit estimates depend on confirmation, destination and courier coverage; ask us for an estimate if timing matters to you.

Paying for your parcel

The amount due includes your perfumes, any valid discount and the final delivery charge. Pay cash to the delivery courier when your order arrives. Please keep your order reference and acknowledgement for your records.

Address changes or missed delivery

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address, will be unavailable or missed a delivery attempt. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier. We will explain any additional delivery charge before arranging another attempt.

Something isn’t right?

If your parcel is late, damaged or incomplete, use your order reference when contacting support. For damaged or incorrect products, follow the returns process.
